How do I sign into the HomeLife Resource Centre to access my TechPack?
Visit the HomeLife.ca home page and click the Broker/Agent login link on the upper right of the page.Why do I need to sign in with my HomeLife Resource Centre user name and password?
All of your new tools are linked to your HomeLife Resource Center account using Single Sign On (SSO) technology. Once you have signed up to the TechPack and set-up your accounts you can access them all through the Resource Center with on set of login credentials.I do not know my HomeLife Resource Centre user name and password, where can I find it?
Ask your Broker or office Manager for your HomeLife Resource Centre username and password. If they do not know how to provide them to you insist that they contact us for instructions. EVERY HomeLife member should have access to the Resource Centre.Why do I access my services through the HomeLife Resource Centre?
We use Single Sign On (SSO) technology to make accessing your new tools easier. Once set-up you will only need your HomeLife Resource Centre user credentials to access DocuSign, Imprev, and Reach150.I am already an InCom client, can I switch to the Reallium TechPack?
Yes. Sign up for Reallium and call InCom to move your account to the TechPack.I am already a DocuSign client, can I switch to the Reallium TechPack?
Yes. When you sign up for Reallium you will receive instructions on how to move your DocuSign account over to the TechPack. It’s easy!I have signed up for Reallium and my Accounts are not active, what’s happening?
It can take up to 24 hours for all of your new tools to activate. Please check your spam folder for your Reallium Getting Started email. If you are not connected after 24 hours please contact Reallium support.If I leave HomeLife can I take my accounts with me?
Yes, You will be able to take your DocuSign, Reach150 and InCom accounts with you however you will no longer receive Reallium pricing. You will have to sign up with these providers individually at their current subscription prices. Imprev is a non-transferrable service as it is customized for HomeLife.
